Perhaps you have a good sense of who would be an ideal addition to our staff at the senior residences in Marburg and Bad Arolsen or in our two outpatient care teams.

What you need to know...

Who may participate?

All employees of ars vivendi Seniorenresidenzen who are in an employment relationship may participate. Freelancers and all employees who are involved in hiring decisions, such as management, executives and employees of the personnel department, are excluded.

What do I have to keep in mind when I participate?

It must be known before the application is received or the applicant is contacted that the new colleague has applied on the basis of a recommendation. To this end, the Human Resources Department must be informed before the application is received. The person recommended must not have been employed at the senior residence within the last two years.

Which jobs are eligible for a recommendation?

A referral bonus is paid for the successful hiring of a nursing professional with 3 years of training. A recruitment is considered successful if the person recommended has been with ars vivendi for at least 6 months.

How much is the premium?

Currently, a gross bonus of €1,500 is paid for the successful recommendation of a full-time nursing specialist. 1.500,--€ is paid. If a part-time employee is hired, the bonus is paid in proportion to the number of hours worked.

How and when do I get the premium paid out?

As soon as the person referred has worked for ars vivendi for 6 months, the referral bonus is automatically paid to the person entitled to the bonus via the payroll.

Is the premium tax-free?

No. The premium must be taxed and contributions paid.

Is the number of my recommendations limited?

No. Any recommendation is welcome.
